  • FLUORESCENT PENETRANT INSPECTION

    Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) is a non-destructive testing technique for detecting surface defects in non-porous materials. It involves applying a fluorescent dye, allowing it to seep into flaws, then using UV light to highlight imperfections like cracks or voids.

  • PRE-PENETRANT ETCH

    Pre-penetrant etch is a preparatory step in non-destructive testing where a material's surface is lightly etched to remove contaminants or coatings. This enhances the effectiveness of dye penetrant inspection by exposing flaws more clearly.

  • PASSIVATION

    Passivation is a chemical treatment for stainless steel that removes surface contaminants, like free iron, and enhances corrosion resistance. It creates a thin, protective oxide layer, improving durability without altering the material’s properties.

  • BEAD BLASTING

    Bead blasting uses pressurized air to clean, polish, or texture surfaces, removing imperfections and leaving a uniform finish. We offer glass beads, aluminum oxide, or a mix of both for customized results.
